The first such limitation is not actually being imposed by Sony. Norden confirmed that the 3G version of the PS Vita will only be able to download games up to 20MB in size as a result of the same 3G mobile carrier restrictions that prevent users from downloading large games or movies to their cell phones. Of course, Vita owners will still be able to download games larger than 4GB using the system's Wi-Fi functionality. For reference, Norden said that retail PS Vita games will come on 2GB and 4GB game cards.
We would like to offer manuals and software updates for our products to our customers on the website (as download link). Some of them are bigger than 20MB, therefore I cannot upload them via Squarespace. Any solution to that? I would prefer not to use external space such as Google Drive etc. Any Squarespace internal solution or extension that works well for this purpose?

I have to download .parqeat file from Azure storage and have to analyze the Data.So I started using python codes with azure-storage-blob library and Pandas to store DataFrames and flask to create API on response. But now file size in the Azure storage is getting increased up to 30MB(a day file) and as tested it takes 6min to download 20MB file into my local which I can't afford because I have to analyse files of each days in a month, which will have 20 MB each. That's almost 3020MB size.Any suggestion?

I am in need of python sftp client to download files from a sftp server. I started to use Paramiko. Small files in KB works well but however when I try to download 600 MB of file, it hangs indefinitely after downloading 20 MB of file. Unable to figure out what the issue is. Increasing the window size did not solve either. Any help would be much appreciated!
Using the latest paramiko 2.4.2, I have a similar issue. In my case, our vendor switched their SFTP provider from Globalscape (SSH-2.0-1.82_sshlib Globalscape) to Cerberus (SSH-2.0-CerberusFTPServer_10.0) a few days ago. Ever since then, paramiko has been unable to download a 450MB file.
Go to Menu > Settings > Change Download Rules to update your download settings. You can choose whether titles download automatically after you borrow them, and whether they download when you're not on Wi-Fi.
When visitors click file links, the file opens in their browser. After choosing a file, switch the Open in New Window toggle on to make the file open in a new tab. Some file types, like .docx files, download automatically rather than opening in the browser, regardless of this setting.
Hi, I cannot upload my products to the site due to their size. Although I compress it, they are over 20MB. How can I send dropbox link to customers. Can't I just give the link in a pdf to the digital product download section?

when i connect netgear R7000 by wireless (5g / chanel 161 and 149 / 80Mhz/ associated speed with MBP is 866Mbps), i can get full download speed too500Mbps / 50MB/s .
So I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to networking. Since my router and PC are about as far away from each other as possible in my house, I've been using wifi, but it seems rather inconsistent. Instability, frequent ping spikes, and the like. So today I tried swapping to a powerline adapter. It seems to be much more consistent in terms of sudden spikes, but I'm only getting about 20Mb/s download. I get between 50 and 150Mb/s download on wifi, depending on how much Comcast likes me at a given time. So... is this just a limitation of powerline? I noticed when looking through ethernet settings that it says connection speed: 100Mb/s, but supposedly it's Intel Gigabit LAN, so maybe there's a setting I should change somewhere in there?
We do our best to provide access to all mods for users all over the world, however, we are sometimes hampered by conditions beyond our control. A download link between two computers is deceptively simple, but it can involve the data you requested being sent halfway around the world before it arrives on your computer, passing through hundreds of different servers and cables. If there is a problem with any piece of equipment along the route it may be beyond our ability to fix it. Our developers work hard to ensure that your downloads are being routed to the server with the best connection but there are times when these limitations that are outside of our control mean that we cannot provide you with a fast download speed. In these cases, we may ask you to consult with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to see if they can improve the way they route your traffic to our servers.
Please note that the minimum download cap we enforce is 1.5MB/s. If you are getting a consistently limited speed which is lower than the maximum for your membership tier, this is not being enforced by us and is either a connection problem or a limit from your ISP. You can read more about our download caps and membership tiers here.
In this section, we'll be checking your maximum connection speed to each of our server locations. For each of these links please stop all other downloads on your PC, click a link, allow 20-30 seconds for the speed to stabilize, take a note of the speed, then stop the download and try the next one.
Maintaining a Firepower deployment requires that you periodically download data from the Firepower Management Center to the devices it manages. This document provides information you can use to successfully transfer updates from the Firepower Management Center to managed devices.
To support day-to-day operation of your Firepower system, Cisco recommends maintaining a dedicated network bandwidth of at least 256 kbps between the external interface and each managed device. Be sure the bandwidth allotted between the Firepower Management Center and the switch it uses to communicate with its managed devices is sufficient to support at least 256 kbps for each device. Additional bandwidth may be required when downloading software updates from the Firepower Management Center to a managed device, or when simultaneously downloading multiple policy or data updates to a managed device.
The time required to perform any type of data download from the Firepower Management Center to a managed device depends on the size of the data package and the dedicated network bandwidth between the two appliances. Data downloads to managed devices will fail if they cannot complete within the designated timeout periods Firepower enforces on download activities.
Software update package sizes vary widely; see the Firepower System Release Notes for your version for the full update process as well as the data package size. Firepower applies a timeout of 1 hour to software downloads. The following table provides formulae to approximate the amount of time a software download will take depending on the package size and the available dedicated bandwidth between devices.
Vulnerability database updates range in size from 30 to 70 MB. Downloading a VDB update from the Firepower Management Center to a managed device fails if it does not complete within 1 hour. Given dedicated network bandwidth, doubling the bandwidth available for the download approximately halves the amount of time required to complete the download. For example, the table below presents the bandwidths and times-to-download for a VDB package of 65 MB:
The size of an access control policy and intrusion rule update varies depending on a number of factors, including the number of rules in the update, the conditions within the rules, the number of reusable objects the rules reference, and the number of intrusion policy-variable set combinations the rules reference. While no fixed formula can predict package size for access control policy and intrusion rule updates, the following table provides examples you can use to estimate your own package size. For each sample package, the table provides the minimum dedicated network bandwidth required between the two appliances to complete the download within the 5 minute timeout the system enforces.
The table depicts only a few example policy update scenarios. Policy update packages that include additional policies such as file or system policies will be larger and require additional bandwidth to download within the timeout the Firepower system enforces.
Due to memory limitations, some device models perform most URL filtering with a smaller, less granular, set of categories and reputations. Consequently URL list downloads vary in size depending on the device model; approximate sizes are shown in the following table:
I'm trying to download a file using wget. It shows the download is successful but doesn't gives me the right file. errors out when I try to untar the file. Also the downloaded file size is not correct nor consistent. Can you please let me know if I'm not using the wget properly?
